Timothy W. Hogan, 62, of Newington, died peacefully on Monday, Nov. 7, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Nancy (Williams) Hogan. Born in Hartford, son of the late John D. Hogan, Jr. and Eileen (Collins) Hogan, he was a lifelong Newington resident. “St. Timothy” (as he frequently referred to himself) was a skillful tree climber and owner of Tree & Hedge Service. He received his first chain saw at 15 years old and you could find him in the tops of trees, working his trade, throughout central Connecticut. Tim was an avid bow hunter and loved to hunt for deer and turkey. He lived life to the fullest and always did what he wanted to do.

Along with Nancy, he leaves his children, Chris Connolly and wife Alicia of Warren, MA, Michael Connolly of Newington, and Eileen Hogan and husband Pedro of Wethersfield; and grandchildren Ella and Finnian. He also leaves his brothers and sisters, Maureen Klett of Newington, John D. Hogan, III, of ME, Kathleen Pignone and husband Thomas of Newington, Patricia Drugg and husband Scott of NH, and Kevin Hogan of Newington; his brother-in-law Rick Williams of Middletown; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was pre-deceased by his brother Daniel Hogan and in-laws Richard Klett, Susan Battalino and Jeffrey Williams.
