Timothy “Tim” Lee Ballard, 34, of Newton passed away on December 27, 2019, at his home.
Tim was born August 25, 1985, in Newton to Larry and Phyllis Arlene (McWhirter) Ballard. Tim graduated from Newton Senior High School in 2004.
Tim is survived by his mother, Phyllis of Newton; a sister, Shannon (Duane) Musser of Williamsburg; two brothers, Bill Cupples of Newton and Tony (Kim) Cupples of Jefferson City, Missouri; seven nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles, and other family member and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and nephew, Dillon Cupples.
