Born September 21, 1963 in Baltimore, Md., he was the son of The Rev. Andrew M. France Jr., and Sandra Oliver France.
Tim was a very good baseball and soccer player, an avid golfer and found joy in cooking.
Surviving are his father, The Rev. Andrew (Dotti) France Jr. of Williamsport; mother, Sandra (Mark) Stolker of Tuscon, Ariz., daughter, Sarah France of Northhampton, Mass.; brother, Andrew “Drew” France III of Baltimore; step-sister, Lindsay France of Ithaca, N.Y.; several nieces, nephews, cousins and step-siblings and a special companion, Catherine Kemp of Trappe, Md.
