Thomas S. Mesiner, age 60, of Fort Walton Beach, FL; passed away peacefully at home on Monday, February 22, 2016. Tom was born on December 26, 1955 in Valparaiso, FL to Edward and Betty Mesiner. He was the oldest of 9 children. Tom was a graduate of Choctawhatchee High School and served in the Army. He will be remembered as a giving person, and a loving son, brother and uncle.
Tom is preceded in death by his grandparents, Zed and Mertie Carter; Steve and Nora Cejda; Arthur Mesiner and sister-in-law Cindy Mesiner. He is survived by parents, Edward and Betty Mesiner; brothers and sisters Tracy, Tim, David, Steve, Terris, Todd (Mary), Theresa and Elizabeth (Marty); 19 nieces and nephews; 15 great nieces and nephews. He never married but his nieces and nephews were his children, especially his Scooter-Todd Jr.
