Thomas R. Endemann Sr., age 80 of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away Friday, February 4, 2022 at Edgewater Haven Nursing Home.

Tom was born September 12, 1941 in Chicago, IL to Arthur and Mary (Soldatke) Endemann. He married Bernadine Pyzia on May 26, 1962.

Tom loved model trains, he once set up a train for Christmas and left it up until April. He was also into designing, constructing, and performing magic tricks but would never reveal his secrets. Tom enjoyed astronomy and invented and patented a Planetary Astrographic Telescope. In his spare time, he liked to play chess.

He is survived by his loving wife Bernadine, children: Victoria Larson, Thomas Endemann Jr., James (Kris) Endemann, Loretta (William) Faulkner, Joseph Endemann, Kathryn (Tim) Stone, Mary (Greg) Eisenhuth, Peter (Ronni) Endemann; 35 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; special friends Alexander Dinota, Mary Jane Hardel, Patricia (Norbert) Weitendorf.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law Sigmund Hardel and mother and father-in law Edward (Mary Jane) Pyzia.
