Thomas P. O’Brien, passed away quietly in his sleep with his family at his side at Virtua Hospital, Mt. Holly on Thursday, February 27 at the age of 68. Born in Tucson, AZ to the late Paul O’Brien and Doris Kittis, he was a long time resident of New Egypt, NJ.
Tom was a dedicated member of Church of the Assumption, New Egypt for many years. Tom retired from Ocean Spray, where he was employed for more than 25 years. Tom loved his family and his birds, listening to Beatles records, watching sports and breakfast, lunch and dinner. He was preceded in death by a brother and sister in law: Michael and Maureen O’Brien and brother Dennis Kittis.
He is survived by brother Paul (Susan) O’Brien of Virginia Beach, VA, sister Susan (Steve) Ammon of Ft. Myers, Fl., brother Dennis (Robin) O’Brien of Hessmer, LA., sister Kathleen O’Brien of Jobstown, NJ., sister Eileen (Mike) Bitner of Loveland, CO, sister Carol (Ray) Weckerly of Boyce, VA, sister in law Geri Kittis of Cleveland, OH and many nieces and nephews.
