After his military career, he worked as a Program Manager with General Dynamics. His leisure time was spent with his wife of 42 years, Carol Moore, in and around the Niceville area. He was known for his unique insight and quirky humor. He was often found participating in his favorite past times of riding motorcycles, boating, and enjoying good company.
He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Moore; wife, Carol; brothers: Gary, Bobby, Sam, Brad, and Kenny; sisters: Kathy, Debbie, and Vicki; son Shane; daughters: Bree and husband, Billy, Alarie and husband, Denmark, and Susannah; granddaughter Emily; and yellow lab, Jake.
