Tom was born April 11, 1946 in Lubbock, Texas, grew up since 6 years old in Odessa, Texas and was a graduate of Odessa High School and Texas A&M. He received his Masters from FIT completely by remote learning in Information Systems and had Straight A’s. He was SAC Wing Weather Officer in the United States Air Force and served from 15 May, 1969 to 31 May,1972 with a tour in Udorn Thani, Thailand in 1972 during the Vietman Conflict.
