Thomas Marihart, age 68, of Algona, Iowa died on Tuesday September 3, 2013 at the Kossuth Regional Health Center in Algona. Thomas Anthony Marihart, the son of Anton and Agnes (Crawford) Marihart, was born on November 15, 1944 in Graceville, Minnesota. He graduated from Graceville High School. On May 10, 1969 Thomas was united in marriage with Marjorie Hemiller in Wheaton, Minnesota. He had worked as a parts manager of various farm implements. Thomas was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. Left to cherish Thomas’s memory is his wife of 44 years, Marjorie; two children, Craig Marihart and his wife Sheri of Sioux City and Lisa Hardman and her husband David of Algona; five grandchildren, Chad, Joshua and Grace Marihart, Curtis and Nicholas Hardman; and a sister, Mary Rinke and her husband Willie of Wheaton, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Patricia Tritz.
