Tom was born in Ogden, Utah and graduated from Bonneville High School.
He worked for Autolive for over 20 years.
Tom is survived by his parents, Susan Kapp Carter Reddish (Mike), and Robert Lyle Carter (Ellen), and his brothers, Chris (Kayleen), Jeff (Lori) and Zack Carter, and step-sisters, Amie Boston, Angie Reddish and Ashlie Reddish.
Tom was a very loving and caring person that was liked by so many people. He was always willing to help anyone that needed it. He will be missed by all.
