Thomas I. Magagnos, 70, a longtime Beacon resident, passed away peacefully at his home on February 9, 2021, after a short terminal illness. He was born on January 9, 1951, in New York, NY, the son of the late Charles & Helen (Illingworth) Magagnos.
Tom attended and graduated from Beacon High School. On May 23, 1987, he married Maryann D. Synder, who survives him at home. Tom had a great love for American history, and he enjoyed his volunteer work at the Mount Gulian Historic Site in Beacon, for 11 years.
