Thomas Henry Dunich, age 70, of Grand Junction, CO passed away unexpectedly Sunday, November 8, 2015 at his residence. Born November 5, 1945 in Walsenburg, Colorado, he was the son of the late George John and Emilie (Solomon) Dunich. Prior to his retirement, Tom had worked for Safeway as an All Purpose Clerk for over 36 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, camping, trapping and hunting for arrowheads. He was also an accomplished craftsman who made novelty items, fur coats, and jewelry as a result of his bounty. Tom was proud to be a member of the Colorado Archaeological Society. Survivors include his wife, Susan Ferrari Dunich, a son, Matthew (Debbie) Dunich, Pueblo, CO, a daughter, Brenda (Kris) Southerly, Lakewood, CO, a brother, Rick Dunich of Loveland, CO a sister, Georgia Nielsen of Seattle, WA, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
