Thomas DiBuono of New Milford was 69 when he died peacefully surrounded by his loving family Thursday, November 5th. Born and raised in Jersey City, Thomas settled in New Milford 42 years ago. He served his Country during Vietnam, first in the United States Army and later in the United States Air Force. Thomas was active in New Milford youth sports coaching his boys in Little League and soccer and a Life Member of the New Milford/Teaneck Elks. Before retiring in 2003, Thomas was an Electrician with the IBEW Local 164 since 1969. He was survived by his beloved wife Genevieve (nee Vernovage), a loving son Thomas and his wife Patricia and a son Mark, his devoted sister Angelia Guarracino, brother Dominic DiBuono, brother Charles DiBuono, sister Elizabeth Strongin, and a late bother Anthony DiBuono and a late sister Mary Rovetto. Thomas was also survived by his loving grandchildren; Joseph DeOlivera, Christopher Caputo, and Jamie Lynn Caputo.
