Mr. Thomas Darrell “Tommy” Bundren, 47, of Burlington died at his residence on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 7:27 a.m.
A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of Kimberly Swaney Bundren and son of John Larry Bundren and Mattie Chatman Bundren, all who survive. Mr. Bundren was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and manager with Genesis Aviation in Greensboro. He was an avid sky diver and golfer and attended Lamb’s Chapel.
In addition to his wife of the home and parents of Burlington, survivors include two sons, Tommy Bundren, Jr. of Burlington and Taylor Bundren and wife Chelsea of Graham; sister, Angela “Sissy” Rogers and husband Jamie of Graham; and beloved dogs, Gabriel and Duke.
