Thomas D. Kelly of Burlington passed away in Virtua Hospital, Mt. Holly on Monday at the age of 69. Tom was a lifelong Burlington resident, who was a dedicated volunteer fireman for Hope Fire Company. He was the former Fire Chief for the City of Burlington and he belonged to NJ State Fire Chiefs Association and NJ Exempt Firemen’s Association.
He was an avid collector of fire memorabilia, enjoyed fishing, going to flea markets and taking road trips. He is survived by sons Edward, Thomas (Siella), daughter Hope (Joe) Kowaleski; grandchildren Kayla, Joey Kowaleski; sister Adele Barnett; brother James and several nieces and nephews.
