Tom Bennett, 72, of Paradise Valley, Arizona passed away on Friday, March 6, 2009. Tom was born on September 27, 1936 in Mauston, Wisconsin to Ethyl and Willard Bennett-the first of three sons. He played baseball and football during high school. He married Ila May Gaulke from Wisconsin Rapids in 1957. He graduated from Marquette University in 1960 with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering. He began his career in Chicago working for Automatic Electric Laboratories where he received his first patent.
