Muncie – Theresea May (Lewis) Davis, 76, passed away Friday, October 14, 2011, at The Woodlands following a brief illness.
Theresea was born in Muncie on April 2, 1935, the daughter of Ovid and Ethel (Ocker) Lewis, and was a 1953 graduate of Mount Summit High School.
Mrs. Davis was an avid reader, animal lover and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Ann Wilkins, (husband-Greg), Selma, and Mickie Rosander, (husband-Mark), Muncie; a son, Jerry Davis, (wife-Edith), Muncie; two sisters, Priscilla Lephart, Springport, and Louise Parker, Lady Lake, Florida; five granddaughters, Melanie Whitehurst, Muncie, Amy Doerner, (husband-Chris), Muncie, Aubrey Rosander, Muncie, Kristi Mercer, Richmond, and Stephanie Anderson, (husband-Joe), Muncie; ten great grandchildren; a special niece, Tammy Henderson, (husband-Jim), Cowan; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 55 years, Bobby L. Davis; and a sister, Wilma L. Lewis.
