Theresa “Terry” Taylor passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Good Shepherd Hospice.
Terry is preceded in death by her loving husband, Clifton Taylor; sister Joan Kish; and brother Tim Tierney. She is survived by three children, Sheila Pirkle Corbin, Dennis Pirkle, both of Lakeland and Kelley Asbury of Hickory, North Carolina. Survivors also include brothers Tom Tierney (wife Brenda) of Indianapolis, Indiana. John Tierney of Lakeland, Florida and sister Kathleen Miller of Lakeland; Grandchildren Jeremy Damron (wife Jenn), Leah Corbin, Levi Pirkle, Phillip Asbury and great-grandson TJ Bennett.
