New London – Theodore “Teddy” R. Harrelle, 63, of Canterbury, died at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital, on Saturday February 20, 2021.
Teddy was born in Norwich, CT on August 5, 1957, son to Anita (Doty) Harrelle and the late Roland Harrelle.
He attended Norwich Free Academy. He was a longtime resident of Canterbury, and happily retired from his job as a Project Manager for FTS, in South Windsor, CT. He loved to talk about his baseball playing days and never hesitated to remind his family of his playing field accomplishments.
As an avid sports fan, Ted enjoyed watching UCONN womens basketball, the Baltimore Orioles, and the Miami Dolphins.
Teddy is survived by his wife, Catherine (Rohan) Harrelle; his mother, Anita; his sons, Jason (Katy), of Griswold, Josh (Lindsey), of Moosup, and Kevin (Mallory), of Wisconsin.
Teddy is also survived by his brothers, Rene, of Florida; Richie (Sally), of Griswold, Norman (Missy), of Lisbon, Bobby, of Griswold, and was pre-deceased by Larry (Fran), of Brooklyn .
