Theodore ï¿Â½Tedï¿Â½ Schwiegerling, 94, of Milford, beloved husband of the late Margot Steiner, departed this life on Friday, May 5, 2006 at Milford Hospital. Ted was born on March 6, 1912 in Stettin, Poland son of the late Karl Ofert and Martha Petram. In 1927 Ted immigrated to the United States and settled in Long Island, NY. On June 30, 1940 he married Margot Steiner. During World War II Ted served on the New York City Patrol Corps. Ted worked as a mechanic within the textile industry and spent over 50 years working at Liberty Fabrics.
