Ted passed away on October 21, 2012 in Seward, NE at the age of 66 years and 6 months. Ted was born on April 21, 1946 to Charles and Mary Ann (Obert) Olson in Norfolk, NE. After graduating from high school Ted attended North East Tech. in Norfolk, NE. Ted married Lynne Wylie on March 30, 1986 at their home in Winside, NE. Ted worked for the United States Postal Service as a postmaster, clerk and carrier. He was a Life Member of American Legion #252, past member of Winside Volunteer Fire Department, member of North American Hunting Club, NRA, Disabled American Veterans, and Seward Izaak Walton League. Ted is survived by his wife, Lynne; sons, Chris (Kim) Olson, Lincoln, NE and Jason Wylie, Winside, NE; daughter, Cher Juracek, Norfolk, NE; grandchildren, Joshua Olson, Brock Juracek, Carly Thies, Jessica Olson; brothers, Tom (Marilyn) Olson, Omaha, NE and Tally (Mary) Olson, Arizona City, AZ; mother-in-law, Bonnie Wylie, Winside, NE. Ted was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Tony Olson, Tim Olson, Terry Olson; father-in-law, G. Bruce Wylie; nephew, Todd Olson.
