Theodore was a Vietnam War Veteran, serving Honorably in the US Army.
Theodore leaves to cherish his memory, his 2 children Toni M. Lofton, Theodore J. Phillips, 3 grandchildren Kyren Phillips, Elijah Morris, and Micah Morris, his sister, Margaret D. Haynes and his nephew Dominic E. Haynes, as well as many other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
