Passed away surrounded by his loving family on May 12, 2011. He was born in Boston on June 26, 1932, and grew up in Hyde Park, MA. Ted graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1950 and began his marketing career at GE in Springfield, Ill. Fascinated by the electronics business he joined Texas Instruments and had several assignments on the East Coast. In 1968 he and his family moved to Phoenix where he worked in domestic and international marketing positions for Motorola. Upon retirement in 1993, he continued working as a volunteer for the Scottsdale Police Dept.
