Theodora (Teddy) K. Naumec, 72, of Mansfield Center, CT entered eternal rest on February 25, 2017 surrounded by her family.  Teddy was born in Brooklyn, New York to Cartter & Margaret Keiderling on January 26, 1945. She attended Natchaug School and Windham High School, Class of 1963.  She was married on November 19, 1966 in Willimantic, CT to Charles R. Naumec and just recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

Teddy worked at Windham Hospital and a number of local doctor’s offices.  Teddy loved her family with all her heart.  She was a strong, warm, caring, selfless person with a fantastic sense of humor.  She loved to laugh and put a smile on everyone’s face.  She made friends wherever she went.  She touched the lives of so many and had a way with people to make them feel special and has taught so many people life lessons that she didn’t even realize.  Teddy will be missed dearly and her legacy will live on with all that she has touched.

Teddy was preceded by her parents, Cartter & Margaret; and her beloved son, Craig Naumec.  She leaves behind her husband Charles; son Kelly Naumec; daughter Julie (Naumec) Hennig and husband Art; daughter in law Mary Naumec; sister Kathy (Keiderling) Charron and husband Jimmy; sister in law, Carolyn Marchand; brother in law, Gene Naumec as well as four grandchildren, Taylor, Sarah, Leah and Julia; several nieces and nephews and countless friends.

Special Thanks to the staff at Windham Hospital for the exceptional care and compassion that Teddy received; they treated her like family.
