Mrs. Thelma M. Bostwick, 99, of Elkhart, passed away peacefully following a brief illness at the Center for Hospice Care in Elkhart on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016 at 10:32 am.
She was born in Elkhart on March 31, 1917 to the late Clinton and Marie (Livengood) Strawser, and later married Donald D. Bostwick on Sept. 3, 1938 in Elkhart. He precedes her in death, along with a sister, Helen Harker.
Surviving are her daughters Joy Miller of Elkhart and Diane (Philip) Creps of Gilbert, AZ; sons Donald “Lamar” (Patricia) Bostwick of Elkhart and Doug and Teri Bostwick of Seymore, MO; 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great- great granddaughter.
