Thelma Lee Hinton Woods, 89, Noblesville, died November 4, 2010 at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville, Indiana.

She was born June 15, 1921 in Big Sandy, Tuscalousa County, Alabama. Thelma was an excellent cook and seamstress, making wedding dresses and prom dresses. She was a very witty person, being known for her humor.

She was the youngest of seven children. A member of First Baptist Church, she enjoyed square dancing. She and her husband were involved with the Century Club. She travelled a lot to visit rodeos and country music groups.

Survivors include her son, James Teresa L. Woods; two grandchildren, Nick Woods & Darcy Woods; one great grandson, Cooper Brady Milsom; several nieces, nephews and many special friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Maynard R. Woods; parents, Richard & Viola Wyatt Hinton; son, John Woods and six siblings.
