Thelma L. McCormick (nee Stradding) of Burlington, died Wednesday, November 7th at Riverview Estates in Riverton, she was 100 years of age. Born in Burlington on May 11, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Wilmer and Mary (Woolman) Stradding. She had been employed as a secretary for both U.S. Pipe Foundry and Wilbur Watts Middle School before her retirement.
A longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Burlington, Thelma was also a member of the church craft club. Wife of the late William Franklin McCormick, who died in 1958, she is survived by her son, William L. McCormick and her two grandsons, Lucas and Matthew McCormick.
