Our beloved father, Thayne Harlan Bollman passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 17, 2018. He lived in Troy, Idaho and was 86 years old. Thayne was born September 10, 1931 in Barron, Wisconsin to James and Edna (Hunt) Bollman. He grew up in Bruce, Wisconsin on his family owned, riverside, dairy farm. He attended a one room elementary school with his six siblings and cousins, in Bruce. He went to high school and graduated in a nearby town of Ladysmith, WI. After graduation, he moved to Madison, WI to work as a carpenter.
