Terry Frank Schattschneider, the son of Eugene and Barbara (Hardgrove) Schattschneider, was born on November 28, 1959 in Algona, Iowa. He graduated from Algona High School in 1978. He had worked at Chantland in Humboldt and Budget Auto in Algona. Terry enjoyed races and helping his brother and niece with their race cars at the Algona Raceway. He also enjoyed old cars, motorcycles and NASCAR and spending time with his friends and family.
Left to cherish Terry’s memory are two brothers, Kyle Schattschneider of Algona and Cory (Kristen) Schattschneider of Ankeny; two sisters, Sally (Tim) Patrick of South St. Paul, MN and Gayle (Gene) Parent of Apple Valley, MN; seven nieces, one nephew; aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his parents.
