Terry Roderick “Rick” McLaughlin, 46, of Goshen, passed away at 9:22 p.m. Wednesday (Nov. 24, 2010) at Goshen General Hospital.
He was born on April 24, 1964, in Wabash to Terry L. and Marcy D. (Filbrun) Miller.
Survivors include his daughter, Crystal L. McLaughlin of Santa Clarita, Calif.; mother Marcy (David) Miller of Elkhart; father Terry L. (Rebecca) McLaughlin of Missouri; two brothers, Matthew K. McLaughlin of Elkhart and Jason G. McLaughlin of Three Rivers, Mich.; sister Julie G. Rousseau of Edwardsburg, Mich.; granddaughter Kaylah Maree Brown of Santa Clarita; and five nieces and nephews.
Rick was a 1982 graduate of Central High School. He was formerly employed with Syndicate Systems Inc. in Middlebury. In addition to being an avid martial arts enthusiast, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching movies, and listening to rock ‘n’ roll.
