Terry “Red” Bradley, 72, of Jacksonville, died Sunday, Oct. 11, 2015, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
He was born December 23, 1942, the son of Norman and Lois Angeline Smith Bradley. He married Linda F. Schultz on June 3, 1972, in Meredosia, and she survives.
He is also survived by two children, Christina Miller (companion George Paxton) of Jacksonville, and Michael Bradley (companion Christy Martin) of New Berlin; two brothers, Ronald Bradley of Beardstown and Steve Bradley of East Galesburg; and two girls he considered as grandchildren, Kelsey Surratt and Sabrina Lyons, both of Jacksonville. He was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters, Connie, Opal, Joyce Marie, and Brenda; and five brothers; Bill (surviving wife Barb of Beardstown), Walter, Daryle, Shirley and Laverne (surviving wife Betty of Florida).
Mr. Bradley had worked for Brahler’s Trucker Supply in Jacksonville for many years. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, enjoyed hunting for mushrooms, fishing, and hanging out with family and friends at Lake Jacksonville. Red especially enjoyed taking car rides with his wonderful wife.
