Survivors include his wife of 20 years Margaret Fumerelle Williams. Two sons, Terry Lee Williams, Jr. of Harrodsburg, and Terrico Walter Williams of Lexington; five grandchildren, Braxten Williams, Kailey Cheatham, Carter Williams, Quinton Christopher, Terrico Williams, Jr.
