He had also served in the National was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Blair. His sister, Betty Jean Blair. His brother, Roy W. Blair. His father-in-law, Claude Davis. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Elsie Davis Blair. His son, Dale R. Blair. His daughters, Dena and Jeff Craig & Donna and Ed Honey. Five grandchildren, J.T. Blair, Sarah and Shawn Nowell, Davis Craig, and Emma Honey. 2 sisters, Nancy Ballew and Mary Clay. His mother-in-law, Marguerite Davis.
