Terri Lowell, 57, of West Haven, passed away on June 1, 2011 surrounded by loved ones. She was predeceased by her spouse, Evelyn Maselli. She leaves behind her two daughters, Lauren Lowell and Gabriella Maselli. Terry was born on January 17, 1954, daughter of Ann Hitchcock Lowell of Southbury and the late Douglas A. Lowell. Sister of Sue Kidd of Southbury, Beth Peck of Knoxville TN, Lynn Lowell of Anna Maria FL, their spouses, children & grandchildren. She is a graduate of New Milford High School and Russell Sage College in Troy NY, with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. She has been employed at the Hospital of St Raphael’s as a physical therapist for the past 19 years. She was honorably discharged as a Major after serving 17 years in the Army Reserves, and was a diehard Red Sox fan. Terri was an amazing person. She was kind and caring towards anyone who walked through her door, her generosity exceeded most. The loss of this beautiful individual has greatly impacted her family and friends. Her smile, dry sense of humor, wit, sarcasm, and presence will be greatly missed, but Terri will be remembered in our hearts as the strong woman we all have known and loved: A loving mother, a strong friend, and a courageous being.
