Terri Chism, 47, of Fishers, passed away on January 4th at Community North Hospital.
She was born on June 15, 1965 in Anderson and resided most of her life in the Anderson area. Terri graduated from Highland High School. She was employed as a Billing Supervisor for Roche Diagnostics. She loved her grandchildren, swimming, warm weather, and flying hot air balloons Terri is survived by her loving spouse whom she married July 21, 2007, John B. Chism, of Fishers; children, Brea R Christopher Powell of Anderson, Kayleigh R Farmer of Anderson Ryan B Chism of Fishers, and Ashley Q. Chism; two grandchildren, Brenden and Cami; her parents, Tom and Vickie Hardin, and Sue Crose; brother, Scott C. Amy Hardin of Chesterfield; sister, Lisa Daryl Wilkinson; and several nieces, nephews great nieces, great nephews and many close friends.
She was preceded in death by her step-father Harry Crose.
