Teri Lee Smith Age 72, of Oak Lawn, IL formerly of Pennsylvania
After battling many health issues for several years Teri passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, February 6, 2021.
Teri is survived by her loving sons, Dean (Kristen) Smith and Billy (Kristine Kwiecinski) Smith; dear grandchildren, Ryan, David, Conor, Victoria and Dean Jr.; precious great grandson, Elliott; siblings, Stanley “Denny” Brown, Dan (Kimm) Brown and Cris Brown; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Joyce Czyzykiewicz; and daughter in law, Kimberly Smith. Teri enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her Bunko Club. She loved her grandchildren dearly and will be greatly missed.
