Teresa Foster Clark, age 59 of Vienna, Virginia died at Reston Hospital on July 31, 2016. She was born on August 7, 1956 in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia to Forest Thomas Foster and Eunice Annalee Reed. Teresa was a member of the Vienna Ward-The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Anthony “Tony” Clark. Survivors include her sons Todd White, Ken Clark and Travis Clark; her father Forest Foster, her grandchild Donovan Anderson and by her siblings Tammy Belshee, Tommy Foster and Tracy Foster.
