PINE MEADOW –SMITH – Teresa C. Smith, 72, of Church Street, passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2006. She was the loving wife of James E. Smith for 53 years. Born May 9, 1934 in Winsted, CT; the daughter of the late Anthony and Rose (Carlo) Carlino. Lifelong resident of Pine Meadow. She graduated from Gilbert High School in Winsted in 1952. She was employed by the New Hartford Bank and Trust Company and Birch Lane Dairy Bar for over 20 years. She was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church in New Hartford. She was a devoted wife and mother and all her activities evolved around her family and home. Her family was the center of her life. In addition to her husband, James, she is survived by a son; Michael Smith and his wife Terina of Harwinton, a daughter; Cindy Lamoureaux and her husband Mark of Barkhamsted, three grandchildren; Alex and Kelsey Lamoureaux of Barkhamsted and Grayce Smith of Harwinton, two brothers; Joseph Carlino of FL and Tony Carlino of Winsted, a sister; Mary Ann Kaminsky of Pine Meadow, a sister-in-law; Eva Carlino of Pine Meadow and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers; Ralph Carlino, Peter Carlino and Dominic Carlino and two sisters; Rose Marie Rinaldi and Sister Anthony Marie.
