In the early morning hours of October 15, 2019 Sylvia June Wesolek passed away at Morningstar Assisted Living in Littleton, CO after a long life. June was born on June 11, 1928 in Kalispell, MT and later moved to Denver, CO. She married John Wesolek in 1956 in Denver, CO. She worked for American Express for many years and retired from there in 1992.
June was preceded in death by her parents Howell Cicero and Beulah Eudora (Sutcliffe) Ensley. She is survived by her husband of 63 years John Wesolek, her children Kathryn Mary Leavins (Perry), David Paul Wesolek (Gina), John Howell Wesolek (Linda) and Stephen James Wesolek. Beloved grandchildren Aaron (Daniela) Leavins, Shane (Jennifer) Leavins, Zachary Wesolek, Kirsten Wesolek, and Erika Wesolek, and great-grandchildren Maxwell and Wesley Leavins. She is also survived by a brother Robert Lee Ensley.
June was thoughtful, funny, loving and kind. She liked to spend time with her husband, kids, and grand-kids; go for walks in local parks and in the mountains; embroider and do needle point; and go swimming with her best friend Joan Wisherd. She was a blessing to anyone who met her and will always be loved.
