She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander Sampson Hart and Alice Jeanette Hart, and her husband, Charles Allen Smith.
Sybil is survived by her brother, Max, F. Hart; a niece, Myra Hart, of Tallahassee, FL; and nephew, Marcus Hart, of Crestview.
