Asher, Sue
86, passed away on Nov. 26, 2015. Sue was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved the Lord her God with all her heart. Sue grew up in Kansas, spending many summers on her grandparents’ farm. Her grandparents’ godly influence primed her heart to receive Christ as Savior at the age of 8. When she was 17 she met her future husband, Reg Asher. They worked at a store called Katz in Kansas City. They attended Kansas State and began dating then married while in college on Oct. 10, 1949, living in Kansas with their children until they moved to Arizona in 1965. They were married for 48 years until Reg went home to be with the Lord in 1997.
