Susan DeWitt was born on July 15, 1962 in Green Bay WI. She had an early devotion to the Lord, walking to church by herself as a little girl if no one else wanted to go to Mass. She married Mike DeWitt on June 26, 1982. She bore 5 children: Ashleigh, Alyssa, Abigail, Michael Jr, and Angelica. She put all of her energy into raising them. She also taught Christian Formation for 25 years, was a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society, and a Eucharistic Minister.
