Susan M. Schmidt (nee: Mitchell) of Edgewater Park, passed away on Sunday surrounded by her loving family at the age of 72. Her endearing legacy will be that she was the “Best Mom” and also her children and grandchildren’s “Biggest Cheerleader”. She is survived by her devoted husband of 52 years Robert Schmidt and their children: Lawrence R. (Lynne), Donna (Tom) Wajda, Anne (Mark) Siket, Tricia Schmidt; grandchildren: Steven, Christopher, Jaclyn, Ashley, Scott, Nicholas, Ali; siblings: Philip (Paula) Mitchell, Ginny (Richard) Skubish, William C., III (Terry) Mitchell and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She worked in sales for JRH Electronics for many years before her retirement. Sue was an avid bowler and a former Key Woman for the JayCee-ettes of Willingboro. Sue also enjoyed coaching her children in softball in Riverside and Edgewater Park.
