Susan Louise Ledbetter passed away peacefully at her son Michael’s home in Brigham City Utah on June 9, 2016. Susie was loved dearly by family and friends and will be missed greatly.
Susie was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado on January 13, 1944 the only child of Terrill Owen Brown and Dona Elizabeth Heisler. She survived polio as a child. She graduated high school in Tucson Arizona and soon after married her first husband, Douglas Delano Webb, in June of 1962. They had two children, Michael and Wendy, and were later divorced while living in San Diego, California. Susie married Kenneth John Ledbetter on a boat under the Coronado Bay Bridge in San Diego on July 4, 1976. They and some of their children later moved to Parowan Utah, where Susie and Kenny lived together for the remainder of their life together.
Susie is survived by her two children Michael (Sherrie) Webb, and Wendy (Kevin) Lapham, grandchildren Jared (Rachel) Webb, Matthew (Becky) Webb, Rachel Webb, Nathan Webb, Ryan Berry, Brandon Berry, Dylan Lapham, and great-grandchildren Silas and Esther, and step-children Donna (Dean) Baldridge, Cathy (Tracy) Boyd, step-grandchildren Matthew (Roxanne) Baldridge, Deanna (Tim) Brown, Jessica Boyd, Jennifer (Raul) Gutierrez, Justin (Heather) Packwood, Sandi (Christopher) Wilson, and Jimmy Becker, and step-great-grandchildren Brooklyn, Kennedy, Reagan, Perry, Austin, Justin, Cole, Mason, Chase, and Caylie. Susie was preceded in death by her mother and father, her husband Kenny, step-son John (Alicia) Ledbetter, step-daughter Debra (Jim) Becker, and step-grandson Rex Bess.
Susie loved her garden, her cats, crocheting and knitting, crossword puzzles, counted cross-stitch, and spending time with family and friends.
