Susan L. Vickery, 97, of La Salle died at 9:30 AM on April 8, 2016 in Heritage Health in Peru.
Mrs. Vickery was born June 14, 1918 in La Salle to Mike and Maria (Menghini) Marinangeli. She married Earl K.
Susan worked and retired from Westclox. Never idle after retiring she began and helped operate Vic’s Bait shop from 1980 to 1990. Susan then worked part-time from 1990-2002.
Mrs. Vickery is survived by two daughters Carole (Jerry) McDaniel and Janet (Dan) Farley; three sons Earl (Mary) Vickery, Craig (Laura) Vickery, and Hollis Vickery; six grandchildren Bill, Pam, Paul, Griffin, Ceph, and Dawn; seven great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband on August 1, 2003, two daughters Gail Raley and Sharon Wilson, and eight brothers and sisters.
