Susan Cutler, 66, formerly of Ottawa, passed away at Thursday, May 21, 2020 at the Morris Hospital. Susan was born October 25, 1953 to Leonal Q. and Betty (Yocom) Elliott in Ottawa. She married Steven Cutler in the Fall of 1990. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Cutler, of Bloomington, a grandson, Steven Cutler, and a brother Gregory (Patricia) Elliott, of Ottawa. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Steven.
