Mrs. Garcia was born on September 20, 1961 in Miami, FL to the late Chester and Jane Allen. She was a member of Gracepointe Church and also worked at City Hall in Peachtree City. Her favorite role was being an amazing wife to Harvey, mom to 4 girls, and grandma to her 9 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Amy Garcia. She is survived by her husband, Harvey Garcia; her children, Jessica (Josh) Duncan, Heidi (Stephen) Cooper, and Katelyn (Daniel) Litardo; and grandchildren, Jadon Woodall, Judah Duncan, Asher Duncan, Levi Duncan, Jackson Cooper, Alaina Cooper, Abel Cooper, Adelyn Litardo and Camila Litardo.
