Mrs. Sue M. Garnsey, age 94, of Bridgeport, passed away Friday, January 16, 2009 in Bridgeport Hospital.
Daughter of the late John and Josephine Autuori Monturi, she was born on May 7, 1914 in Bridgeport and was a longtime resident of Bridgeport. She was a Sales Clerk at the former HL Greens in Bridgeport for many years until her retirement.
Survivors include a son, Raymond Garnsey of Southbury, two grandchildren, Sean Palani and Lisa Garnsey, two great grandsons, Michael Niemiller and Shea Garnsey, a sister, Sally DellaDonna, and two nieces, Elaine Krupp, and Joan Keegan. She also leaves many cousins, great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by her step-mother, Amelia Fiorillo Monturi, three sisters, Ann Mandell, Mary Bellizzi, and Ethel Scanzillo, three brothers, Joseph, Carl, and John Monturi, a sister-in-law, Clare Monturi, and a nephew-in-law, Dr. James Keegan.
