Sue Ellen Barry, 79, of Greensburg passed away peacefully at Westmoreland Manor on November 2, 2020 with her daughter by her side.
Sue was born to Edmund and Helen Scofield on July 19, 1941 in Rahway, NJ. She was the oldest of four.
Sue was a homemaker, a mother and worked in retail and security. She enjoyed spending time with friends, family, her rabbits, and her cat. Sue always had a strong faith and a love and devotion to her three children.
Sue is survived by her children , John Jennings Jr. (Larene) of Phoenix, Cliff Jennings (Tammy) of Phoenix, and Melinda Hebrank (Kenny) of Greensburg. She also leaves behind four grandchildren, Branden Brescia, Alexandria Brescia, and Bryce Jennings all of Phoenix and Levi Hebrank of Greensburg; her sister, Judy Steele of Wallhingford, CT; and nephews, Richard Lawson of NC and Dean Lawson of FL.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her second husband, Dennis Barry; and her brothers, Edmund Scofield Jr. and Walter Scofield (Wink).
Sue’s family would like to acknowledge and thank the staff at Westmoreland Manor. You have not only given consistent, compassionate care but provided a home for her during her final years. She did and we do appreciate all you’ve done for her.
