Steven Michael Foglio, age 73, of New Smyrna Beach, passed away Friday August 13, 2021 at Halifax Health Hospice in Port Orange, FL.
Born in Martinsburg, West Virginia to Michael Paul and Una Mae Saville Foglio, Steve came to the area in 1985 from Alexandria, Virginia.
A United States Navy veteran, he retired after a successful career as a public school teacher, administrator & coach where he mentored countless youth in both Virginia & Florida.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Ellen; son, Tom (Amanda) Foglio; 3 grandsons, Logan, Landen and Luca Foglio, all of Daytona Beach; 2 brothers, Danny (Terri) Foglio, of Centreville, Virginia and Mark (Darla) Foglio, of Pekin, Illinois; and sister, Teresa (Dennis) Morrison, of Springfield, Virginia. Steven was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Susan.
